eggnog
It's about that kind of season again! This is just a slightly less boozy version of the classic Jeffery Morganthaler eggnog because it is delicious.
- Blend/beat 2 large eggs for a minute.
- Blend in 6 Tbsp superfine sugar (NOT powdered sugar) for a minute. Get that sugar dissolved.
- Blend in 1 shot of spiced rum (I used Bacardi), 1 shot of Cognac, 3/4 cups milk, and 1/2 cup heavy cream.
- Bottle it and chill (important step)! When you serve it grate some nutmeg over the top.
